Hello and welcome to the Exeter Area MG Owners Club or “The Ace of Clubs” as we like to call ourselves

We are part of the national MG Owners Club. We cover
Exeter and surrounding area’s but welcome anyone from anywhere who wish
to join us. The Club stands for the social enjoyment of its members and their cars, whatever model or year of MG you have. So, if you have an MG and have not yet experienced the fun and friendship of belonging to your local area club we recommend you join in now. All are welcome and the social experience of owning an MG should not be missed.

We have numerous activities throughout the year, usually involving driving our MGs. Most months we organise a fully routed Sunday drive, which tends to end in a friendly Devonshire pub for lunch. We attend several classic car shows, the biggest being at Powderham Castle in July. Every year we hold our well known Moor2Sea run, which attracts entries from far and wide, please click HERE for more details. Weekends away to join other MGOC groups in their annual runs are arranged as well as driving touring holidays according to where and when members want.

The club is run by an elected committee, plus its valuable volunteers, and their contact details can be found in the club monthly newsletter, which is sent to members by email. There is a joining fee of £10 but, unlike most other clubs,

We have no annual subscription.

New members and visitors are always welcome at our meetings – just come along for a friendly, informal evening with a quiz, a raffle and a chat. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month – except December – at 8pm in The Black Horse, Sowton EX5 2FT. For a location map please click HERE

For more information please come to a club night meeting or email us at exeter.mgoc.secretary@gmail.com
